A line crawls in word by word, stops, then rewinds and zooms back onto one phrase, which lights up in the accent color over a small cue line. Pass `text`, `focus` (the phrase to land on) and `cue`; it compresses to fit the composition length.

## Use when
- A surprising claim that deserves a second look, such as a team-size or time-to-make stat.
- A sentence where one phrase is the whole point and should be highlighted after a rewind.
- A playful beat that tells the viewer to read it again.

## Don't use when
- The surprise is the answer to a question — use `answer-first`.
- You want a phrase lifted out of a sentence as a title — use `hidden-word`.
- The line should rewrite itself instead of rewinding — use `changed-mind`.
