Simplex noise flow field, smoother than Perlin

- Install: `npx shadcn@latest add @remocn/shader-simplex-noise`
- Vibe: clean
- Natural length: 150f @ 30fps

## Installation

```bash
npx shadcn@latest add @remocn/shader-simplex-noise
```

## Usage

```tsx
// src/Root.tsx
import { Composition } from "remotion";
import { ShaderSimplexNoise } from "@/components/remocn/shader-simplex-noise";
const ShaderSimplexNoiseScene = () => (
  <ShaderSimplexNoise speed={1} stepsPerColor={2} softness={0.1} />
);
export const RemotionRoot = () => (
  <Composition
    id="ShaderSimplexNoise"
    component={ShaderSimplexNoiseScene}
    durationInFrames={150}
    fps={30}
    width={1280}
    height={720}
  />
);
```

## Use when
- You want the smoothest of the noise backdrops — fewer directional artifacts than Perlin.
- A clean, minimal scene needs gentle multi-stop color drift.
- You want posterized banding control via `stepsPerColor`.

## Don't use when
- You want cloudier, softer fog — use `shader-perlin-noise`.
- You want cellular structure — use `shader-voronoi`.
- You want neural-web filaments — use `shader-neuro-noise`.
